*BOMA MEMBER CRITERIA
- Individuals who are themselves members of a BOMA Local Association in Canada,
- Individuals whose companies are members of a BOMA Local Association in Canada and who have been designated by their companies as the primary or alternate official BOMA members, or
- Individuals residing outside of Canada and who are members of BOMA International, a BOMA Local Association in the United States or a BOMA International affiliate e.g. BOMA Mexico, BOMA China, etc.

- 35 years of age or younger and not a current student
Note: Depending on availability, additional guest tickets to the Welcome Reception, Social Night and/or the Awards Gala will be available for purchase closer to the conference.
Terms and Conditions
Cancellations
Conference cancellations received up until 11:59 p.m. EST on July 22, 2026 will be fully refunded.
Conference cancellations received up until 11:59 p.m. EST on August 22, 2026 will be 80% refunded.
Conference cancellations will not be issued after 11:59 p.m. EST on August 22, 2026.
Substitutions are acceptable in lieu of cancellations.
Social Events
Golf and City Tour registrations are non-transferable. Substitutions are only permitted if the substitute is a registered BOMEX conference attendee. Registrations cannot be transferred to individuals who are not registered attendees of the BOMEX conference under any circumstances.
Golf and City Tour registration cancellations received up until 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30, 2026 will be 50% refunded.
Golf and City Tour registration cancellations will not be issued after 11:59 p.m. EST on June 30, 2026.
Weather Policy
Golf and City Tour events will take place rain or shine. Participants are advised to prepare for varying weather conditions, including bringing appropriate rain gear if necessary.
In the event of severe or unsafe weather conditions, decisions regarding delays, modifications, or cancellations will follow the hosting golf course's and city tour’s policies.
No refunds will be issued for weather-related disruptions unless the event is officially canceled by the hosting golf course and the city tour operators.
