Jennie West-Correia, CPF, CEC is an award-winning executive coach, serial entrepreneur, certified facilitator, and leadership development expert with nearly 30 years of experience developing leaders across industries, with deep expertise in the construction and services sector.
Founder of West Reach Development Inc., Jennie offers executive coaching, and delivers high impact, engaging keynotes and training grounded in real-world leadership. A mom of two, fitness competitor and owner of three dogs, she also volunteers and contributes as an alumni coach at Royal Roads University and as a grief and bereavement facilitator for those suffering a loss by suicide.
She brings energy, authenticity and humanity to every stage - connecting people, performance and purpose.
